Timed Event Challenge: Beauty and the Beast

3pm Saturday at the Brant County Canada Day Western Festival the Main Arena will feature the "Timed Event Challenge: Beauty and the Beast Barrel Racing and Roping".

One Barrel Racer will partner with One Team Roping Team to match up in the Team Challenge for their share of the purse exceeding $1,000!

The Format:

One barrel Racer will match up with One Team Roping Team. All of the barrel Racers will compete first. Then all of the Team Ropers will compete. The fastest combined time of each team will be the winner.

Competitor Info:

Added Money: $1,000
Entry Fee: $50 / Barrel/Team Combo
Entry Office: 1pm-2pm Saturday at the Rawhide Entry Office

Sun Media, parent company of Osprey Media Publishing, has joined the 2010 Brant County Canada Day Western Festival as a Major Media Partner. They're publications within Brant County are: the Brantford Expositor, Your Brant Connection and the Paris Star. Check Newsstands for advance and post Festival Coverage, and get your own copy of these papers at the Festival!

At the Festival, securely park your vehicle in the "Parking Zone - presented by the Paris Star" and ride the "Brantford Expositor Express Shuttle" to the Main Arena.

With a mere 5 weeks to go to the 2010 Brant County Canada Day Western Festival, vendor real estate is moving at a rapid rate. The Festival features a FREE indoor Trade Show, with limited spaces still available, along with the outdoor "Vendor Alley" beside the Rodeo and Barrel Racing Ring.

The roster of vendors in both locations cover equine, home improvement, specialty gifts, food and much more.
